The company is located at 102, Building 7, No. 317, Mudong Road, Mudu Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City. It was founded in 2016, covers an area of 2,500 square meters, has 5 CNC five-axis engineers, and mainly engages in acrylic machining, medical valve bodies, microfluidic chips, water quality treatment valve bodies, light guide lamp beads, precision dynamic displays, blood analysis parts, and other customized acrylic products.
The company has two advanced, precise, constant-temperature factories in Suzhou Mudu and Changshu Xinzhuang, with more than 3,500 square meters of constant-temperature workshops and 500 square meters of office space. The annual output is 100,000 pieces, with 15 five-axis Beijing Jingdiao advanced equipment, which can be used for on-machine testing, focusing on the high-end precision/ultra-precision machining industry.
We have a professional R&D team. Our core team includes three professional acrylic engineers with 20 years of experience, five acrylic process technicians, and a very professional production team. The average length of service is more than 10 years, with 20 years of acrylic processing experience. The company has ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
Every year, the company conducts training and learning on production skills, team cohesion, communication skills, management capabilities, etc. Dedicated quality inspectors supervise every step of the process. It has Hexagon three-coordinate measuring machines, height gauges, projectors, Mitutoyo micrometers, and Mitutoyo digital calipers, and it strictly implements ISO9001 quality requirements.
Our products cover multiple industries, such as medical, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, semiconductors, environmental protection, etc. Our international brands include BASF and Misumi. We can provide quotations quickly, and samples can be delivered in as little as seven days. We cooperate with international logistics (express delivery) companies such as SF Express and UPS to ensure stable delivery.
